Pix Studios (“we,” “our,” or “us”) builds mobile applications distributed through Google Play. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. Because our apps vary in functionality, the data each app collects differs — please refer to the app-specific policies below for details.
Information We Collect
The information we collect depends on the app you use:
- Offline apps (e.g. Nova Ring) — These apps do not collect any personal information, do not require an account, and store all data locally on your device. No data is transmitted to any server.
- Online apps (e.g. Pub Run) — These apps may require account creation via Google sign-in and may collect personal information such as your name, email, profile photo, location data, and usage data. See the app-specific privacy policy for full details.
How We Use Your Information
When we do collect information, we use it solely to provide and improve the app experience:
- To authenticate your account and enable social features
- To provide core app functionality (e.g. multiplayer, friend lists, score tracking)
- To improve app performance and fix bugs via standard analytics
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not serve ads in any of our apps.

Children's Privacy
Our apps do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Some apps (such as Pub Run) involve alcohol-related content and require users to confirm they are 18 or older before accessing any features.
Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. For apps that store data in the cloud, we use Firebase's built-in security features including encrypted data transmission and security rules. For offline apps, all data remains on your device under the protection of your device's built-in security.
Account & Data Deletion
You can delete your data at any time:
- Apps with accounts (e.g. Pub Run) — Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account within the app. This permanently removes all your data from our servers including your profile, friend lists, game history, and any uploaded photos.
- Offline apps (e.g. Nova Ring) — Go to your device Settings → Apps → select the app → Clear Data, or simply uninstall the app.

Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
